Dinner for One

My 3 year old napped late.  My husband is working late.  I had a late snack and have a bit of an upset stomach.  So, Jack gets a personal pizza!

Rice flour + potato starch crust.  Basic tomato sauce.  Rice flour, olive oil, water, and salt batter for the "cheese" layer.  Topped with Hormel pepperoni.  Should I force him to eat a veggie too, or just spoil him for the night?
